Background photo:  Whirlpool on board Nautica

On June 15, 2016, I could get a preview of the cruise ship Nautica of Oceania Cruises.

This cruise ship was moored in Amsterdam and I had given me for extended tour aboard, followed by a luxurious lunch of small culinary delights.

Nautica is a cruise ship, built by Renaissance cruises as part of their R class. She was built in 2000 by the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint Nazaire, France for Renaissance Cruises as MS R Five, but since 2005 the ship entering service with her current owners.

Nautica is one of the classic luxury cruise ships with typical English looks (stylish, attractive and cosiness).

Some ship details; in service 2000, length 181 meters, 11 decks with 342 cabins, place for 684 passengers & number of crew members 386.
